Shipping Fees

Our Shipping Fees are as follows:
 
1-3 units: R80
3-6 units: R130
More than 7 units: R170
 

Countries we ship to

We currently only provide shipping within South Africa. We are however looking to expand our services abroad in the near future.
 

Where are my orders shipped from?

The bulk of orders will ship from our Port Elizabeth Logistical Warehouse.
 

Insurance

All courier deliveries for orders of more than R1000 are insured free of charge by Eugenius. If you experience a problem with the delivery of your item, or the parcel goes missing, please contact info@eugenius.co.za for assistance.
 

Why is my ID required by the courier?

On occasion, orders over a certain value will require you to produce your I.D. book when the courier's deliver your package to you. This is merely a security measure to ensure the correct person takes delivery of the order.
 

When you receive your order

When you receive a parcel, please ensure it is sealed. Next check the contents of the parcel with the Invoice received. If there is a discrepancy immediately contact Customer Services at (info@eugenius.co.za) or Telephone: +27 (0) 73 231 8759.
