If you do not want your order shipped to your door, then specify your nearest PostNet branch or your PO Box number as the Delivery Address.How do cancel my order?

Eugenius will charge a handling fee of 30% when bulk orders are canceled after the order has been authorised. An order is considered to be a bulk order when 2 or more of the same item have been ordered.Missing items

Please allow 2-3 working days for courier delivery withing South Africa and 5 working days for PO Box delivery within South Africa. Delivery outside South Africa can take between 3-4 weeks.
