Please insert your Order ID & SURNAME as the reference. Also remember to make the exact deposit amount. In other words the price of the goods ordered plus the shipping fee.
 
Please retain your proof of deposit/transfer in case of queries.
 
To help speed up delivery of your order, please e-mail or fax us a copy of your 'proof of payment'. We will acknowledge your proof of payment with a return e-mail. Should you not receive the email within 2 Working Days please email (info@eugenius.co.za) or fax (086 505 1031) your Proof of Deposit/Transfer and state "Payment Receipt not Received"
