Do I need to create an account?

No, you do not need to create an account in order to purchase goods on our site. Once you have completed your purchase and selected your payment options, you will be required to provide your shipping address details.
 

How do I place an order?

You can add items to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Buy Now" Button for each product. The item will then appear in your shopping cart on the right hand side of the page, along with its quantity.
 
Once you've added all the items you wish to buy, you can complete your order by clicking on either the "Deposit" or "Credit Card" Link that displays underneath your shopping cart. This will take you to the final checkout phase, where you can select your delivery method and provide contact and delivery address details.
 
A confirmation screen will display, giving you your OrderID as well as confirming all order details. This screen will also be emailed to you in a Sales Confirmation Email. Please use this OrderID & YOUR SURNAME in all correspondence with us, that pertains to this order.
 

How do I place bulk orders?

You have to place the item in your shopping cart first, before you can specify the quantity of the order. You can add items to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Buy Now" Button for each product. The item will then appear in your shopping cart on the right hand side of the page, along with its quantity. Default quantity is 1.
 
For smaller, additional quantities - use the "ADD" link. This will increase the item's quantity by 1 each time you click on it. Note: Clicking on the "REMOVE" link will remove the item completely from the shopping cart!
 
To purchase large quanitites - use the "BULK PURCHASES" link. Enter the quanity you wish to purchase and click on "SUBMIT". Your new quantity will be updated in the shopping cart. You will now automatically receive a calculated discount per item, according to the quanity purchased. Discount is calcualted on a siding scale.
 

Do you collect personal customer information?

Since Eugenius does not require you to create a user account, no personal information is collected or stored.
 

Why does your site divert to SETCOM after checkout?

If you select "Pay by Credit Card" as your payment option, our website will temporally divert to Setcom.com to take care of all our credit card transactions. You will be required to create a once-off account with Setcom, where you will be able to complete your purchase using your credit card and provide your shipping details. Setcom will then provide us with the relevant details of a successful transaction.
 

Is it safe to use Setcom?

Yes, absolutely! Setcom makes use of a secure 128-bit SSL digital certificate to encrypt all pages where personal customer data is displayed and entered. All Credit Card numbers are stored in an off-site Encrypted Database.
