All our products come with a 6 month warranty, which means that Eugenius Product & Manufacture will replace any faulty product or component due to defective workmanship or electrical failure.
ii. What if I damage the unit?
Unfortunately, out warranty does not cover damage caused by user negligence. However, we do carry a supply of product parts, which may be purchased separately for repair or replacement to the unit, at a separate cost.
iii. What other attachments are available for the unit?
A 'Base Stand' is currently in development for the unit, which will hold the shower head in position. Also in development is a re-chargeable battery pack that will give power to the unit, as an optional extra.
iv. If I take the pump off, can I run a tap into the system?
Extreme caution should be taken if running a tap, or any high pressure device into the system. Although, this is not recommended - caution should be taken to regulate the flow through the system. Any damage caused by doing this will void the warranty of the unit.
v. What new features do you have in store for the unit?
A full stainless steel unit is currently in development and will be available shortly.
